01 / SUSTAINABILITY GOALS

Sustainability goals

Our core commitment: delivering on environmental responsibility through precision manufacturing

Founded in 1992, Yes Way Enterprise has specialised in high-speed cable assembly for more than three decades. We recognise that every cable delivered to an AI server, data centre or high-performance computing system carries environmental responsibility — in material selection, process resource consumption and supply chain management. Sustainability is inseparable from our R&D and production work, and we focus on four areas: green product design, responsible supply chain management, resource efficiency, and workplace safety — responding with concrete action to the increasingly strict ESG procurement requirements of our global customers.

Green product design and halogen-free manufacturing
FOCUS 01

Green product design and halogen-free processes

When developing high-speed interconnect solutions such as MCIO (4i/8i), PCIe Gen5/Gen6, SlimSAS (SFF-8654), SFF-TA-1033 and EDSFF / Gen-Z (SFF-TA-1002), Yes Way controls hazardous substances from the material selection stage onward. Our full product range meets RoHS and REACH requirements, halogen-free cable options are available, and the underlying structural technology holds invention patents in Taiwan, China, Japan and the United States. By simulating and optimising conductor and front-end insulation design, we reduce phase skew and signal loss — helping customers build more energy-efficient, higher-performing server and data centre systems.

Precision manufacturing and resource efficiency
FOCUS 02

Precision manufacturing and resource efficiency

Yes Way has introduced automated precision equipment — including small-spot laser stripping machines and HotBar thermocompression bonders — to replace selected manual operations. This improves signal quality consistency while reducing waste at source through higher yield and lower scrap rates. We continue to pursue energy-efficiency improvements across production equipment, aiming to steadily lower resource intensity per unit produced and increase material recovery.

Responsible supply chain and conflict minerals management
FOCUS 03

Responsible supply chain and conflict minerals

Yes Way requires material suppliers to participate in conflict minerals due diligence (CMRT / EMRT), ensuring that raw material sources are lawful and transparent. We maintain ongoing RoHS / REACH compliance review of our suppliers, helping customers fully document their supply chain and pass brand-level supplier audits.

Workplace safety and talent development
FOCUS 04

Workplace safety and talent development

Yes Way is committed to the safety and professional growth of its people. Following the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system, we maintain a low-risk production environment, and our structured technical training programme helps R&D and production staff keep pace with the latest developments in high-speed interconnect technology.

02 / ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Environmental policy in practice

Our approach: control at source, verify in process, improve continuously

While pursuing breakthroughs in high-frequency, high-speed interconnect technology, Yes Way treats environmental management as inseparable from operations. Following the ISO 14001 environmental management standard, we maintain end-to-end traceability from incoming materials through production to finished goods shipment, ensuring that both products and processes meet national environmental regulations and customer supply chain audit standards.

ISO 14001 environmental management system
FOCUS 01

Environmental management system and compliant production

Yes Way adopted the ISO 14001 environmental management system in 2008, establishing standardised procedures with systematic tracking and regular internal audits covering site energy and resource use, chemical management and waste handling — ensuring operations meet national environmental regulations and international standards.

Chemical and hazardous substance control
FOCUS 02

Chemical and hazardous substance control

All raw materials used in Yes Way high-speed cable assemblies are third-party tested and RoHS compliant. We continuously track updates to the REACH SVHC candidate list and offer halogen-free material options, ensuring our products meet international procurement standards for environmental safety.

Process resource efficiency and equipment performance improvement
FOCUS 03

Process resource efficiency and equipment performance improvement

Automated equipment such as laser stripping machines and HotBar bonders replaces the variability of traditional manual processing with precise control, raising overall yield and reducing material loss. We regularly review the efficiency of site electricity and HVAC systems and progressively optimise existing equipment configurations.

Waste management and material recycling
FOCUS 04

Waste management and material circularity

Yes Way separates and manages production by-products such as copper scrap and plastic offcuts, working with licensed recyclers to return them to productive use. In the office we promote paperless workflows, building everyday environmental awareness among our staff.

03 / HUMAN RIGHTS & PEOPLE

Human rights and employee care

People first: a culture that protects rights and supports professional growth

Yes Way believes that dependable high-speed interconnect technology comes from a secure, skilled team. We comply with the Labor Standards Act and related labour regulations, and take guidance from the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, working to maintain a fair and respectful workplace free from discrimination and harassment — where every colleague can apply their expertise in a safe environment and grow together with the company.

Labour law compliance and human rights protection
FOCUS 01

Labour law compliance and human rights principles

Yes Way adheres to the Labor Standards Act and related regulations, safeguarding lawful rights in working hours, wages and leave. Guided by the RBA Code of Conduct, we prohibit child labour and forced labour, and provide equal employment and advancement opportunities regardless of gender, age, ethnicity or religion.

Occupational health, safety and wellbeing
FOCUS 02

Occupational health, safety and wellbeing

Yes Way has implemented the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system, carrying out systematic site risk assessment and workplace injury prevention since 2022. We hold regular fire drills and safety equipment inspections, and provide periodic health check-ups as required by law — protecting the wellbeing of our production and R&D teams.

Technical training and career development
FOCUS 03

Technical training and career development

As high-speed interconnect technology evolves rapidly, Yes Way provides structured on-the-job training and technical seminars for R&D and production staff, covering processing and inspection techniques for next-generation specifications such as MCIO, PCIe Gen5/6 and SlimSAS — with clear career development paths built on hands-on experience.

Open communication and grievance channels
FOCUS 04

Open communication and grievance channels

Yes Way maintains multiple labour–management communication channels and holds regular meetings to listen to colleagues' views on the working environment, benefits and workplace relationships. A grievance mechanism is in place to handle feedback, supporting a stable long-term employment relationship.
